"Today is the genesis point of civilization!" Leon yelled to the 531 haremites in the park, triggering cheers that resounded in the Sanctuary streets.
As always, the other people in the Sanctuary woke up to begin their surveillance of the large park. The male observers plotted revenge while the women took notes for possibly joining.
The haremites were exhausted after the Road to Paradise special event. As a result, everyone decided to push off the Slumber Party for the new few days to recover.
They had another agenda on their minds: constructing Harem City.
"Today, I’m proud to announce that the official name of Lemmox City is officially Harem City, your new home!" Leon yelled.
Everyone in the park exploded into delirious cheers.
"We’re going to start rebuilding today." Leon said with a smile.
Stunned silence washed over the observers as everyone in the park met his words in elated applause.

"Male stalkers listening in." He continued with a grin, "If you’re thinking of sabotaging our efforts, showing up because you have the right, or sneaking around—don’t waste your time."
The male observers scoffed and didn’t hide it from their locations. Most of the people in the Sanctuary were posted up in the area, so no one hid their faces.

As a result, Leon could see their scoffing faces and met them with a mocking grin.
"In the next few hours, we’ll be getting permits to create safe zones we can work without intervention!" He announced in a booming voice.
"Males in the area will be designated as harassers and deemed harmful and ejected.
In fact, we can use that privilege right now, but we’re not hiding our plans for a simple reason."
Leon met their shocked and trembling faces with a determined expression. "We’re proud of what we’re doing and want to share it with the world!"
Everyone in the park exploded in fervent cheers and applause. The area had a heartbeat pulsing life into the beaten and broken city.
"Not just to you!" Leon yelled with a resounding voice, "We’re streaming this announcement to every candidate in the world!"
Shocked faces washed over every haremite and candidate in the area.
"That way, women everywhere can join us." He explained, "Because we’ll soon have an army that will protect those that contact us. We’ll help women everywhere get here and thrive!"
Silence turned to whispers, whispers turned into excitement, and soon the entire area exploded with cheers again.
"And to the men, we invite you to try to stop us!" Leon roared.
Battle cries cut through the area like a sharp knife, terrifying the men present. The atmosphere was filled with suffocating bloodlust from the female fighters.
"But before you rush to your deaths, I suggest you follow @LeonTraxx on the Forbidden Library." Leon said with vicious eyes, "So you can watch every challenger meet a traumatic and merciless fate!"
The footage from the gods captured a close-up of Leon’s eyes so everyone could see their coldness.
Then they panned the faces of the retrieval team members, showcasing the same expression.
Many men watched the feed after being informed of it. Those that did trembled in fear.
"We’ll start with anyone in the Sanctuary foolish enough to plot our demise." Leon said with a chilling voice.
"We’ll make an example of you and create a montage of our past accomplishments to show how stupid you were, thinking you could stop us after watching a month of our actions."
A notification popped up in the corner of more than two hundred male candidates who had plotted against Leon.

Ding! [The Sanctuary has blocked an attack. It is currently coming from a safe zone in their control, and the individual cannot be ejected.]

The notification horrified everyone present. It was the same notification the Paradise Road candidates got, but the context was far more devastating and could have done real damage.
A clip of Leon’s past achievement played immediately after. It started with men getting ripped apart in Styx, moved to Caitlyn using heavenly flames, and ended with Kern eating men with beasts.
It broke the spirits of most men plotting against Leon within the sanctuary in an instant.
"Now that we’ve addressed the obvious." Leon laughed, triggering giggles, chuckles, and cheers from the candidates, "Let’s get started and prove our resolve to the world."
Everyone waited in anticipation for his next words.
Contrary to expectations, he burst into laughter as he scanned the area.
"That will be easy." Leon said while wiping light tears from his eyes, "Because I’m certain the gods will be recording the process like it’s a TV show. So I’d like to request the series be called [Beef My Wasteland: Harem City Special]."

Everyone in the park burst into laughter. It was the most absurd thing they had ever experienced.

After three minutes of nonstop laughing, the haremites finally calmed down.
"Okay. So let’s get started." Leon said with a smile.
He pointed to the west.
"Because foods cool." Leon chuckled.
The haremites burst into laughter again.
"We’ll have Manka lead that effort." Leon scoff-laughed, "As if she needs help."
Anyone that saw Manka rip through the Paradise Road wreckage doubled over. She really was the only person that they needed.
"Ten architects will create magical greenrooms for the area and retrieval teams will go out to collect seeds." Leon explained.
"The other architects will start building the city center, where all the nobles will live."
The area fell silent and nervous at his term [nobles].
"If you’re wondering who the nobles will be—that’s you." He said with a smile.
A wave of confusion washed over the haremites, and a ripple of whispers immediately followed.
"Ahem. Everyone here. You’re the genesis members of this city and will enjoy the privileges that come from that." Leon clarified.
Silence. Disbelief. Whispers. Checking. Confirmation.
The city exploded in ecstatic cheers. Everyone was extremely excited at the news.
"That’s right!" Leon yelled, "The first thousand members will become nobles. So you better hurry up and get to the Minxion city people once called Lemmox!"
Roars followed, shaking the airwaves.
"Meanwhile, the tailors will be busy with the generously supplied pelts the gods blessed us with." Leon chuckled.
A montage of the thousands of non-burnt beasts littering Paradise Road played on the live feed.
Hundreds of people cheered in delight. Only Leon Traxler would be grateful for the hell the gods put them through.
"We’ll have parties skinning monsters, the blacksmith mages building armors from demon shells, and building up defenses." He continued.
"Shawna will build walls with earth magic in intervals, instantly providing extreme defense for us."
Cheers exploded in the area.
"We’ll have retrieval team members protecting and collecting women during the Sanctuary trial." Leon chuckled, "With an army, it won’t be too difficult to do, right?"
Battle cries filled the streets. Haremites had trouble breathing from the nonstop cheering and yelling. The energy was suffocating.
"We’ll have Cynthia working with administrative professionals with city planning ensuring everything is working right." He continued.
"We’ll have the electricity mages working with the mining mages to set up an electricity grid."
Stunned silence hit the haremites before everyone exploded in delirious cheers.
"Lastly, we’ll have retrieval teams to stockpile food resources from the surrounding areas."
He panned the gazes of his smiling haremites in satisfaction and looked at Caitlyn and Lindy’s glowing faces with a warm smile. His priorities revolved around making them happy, and he was succeeding.
"There will be a formal induction ceremony with your leaders later." Leon announced.
"For now, they will meet with Cynthia to iron out the details. I’m not good with the preparations, so I’ll leave it to the competent people."
Everyone was stunned that he called himself incompetent.
"Why are you surprised? We all have roles to play." Leon chuckled mockingly, "I’m good at creating a vision, pumping people up, and leading gorgeous murderous women into battle."
After a period of stunned silence, everyone burst into hysterical laughter.
"My job right now will be to make Beef My Wasteland as interesting as possible." Leon said,
"Hopefully, we can inspire new special events that will earn us practical resources from the gods.
I’ll also make sure that everyone’s happy.
While living in the apocalypse will never be as peaceful as the world you once knew, it will be the most lively and enjoyable place to live on Earth!"
Resounding cheers exploded.
"That’s my job, and I take it very seriously." Leon chuckled, "So take your jobs seriously and help make Harem City the place you want to live for the rest of your life."
