Her breathing was hot and rapid. She broke Bo Lang’s arm at lightning speed and snatched this gun, aiming it at his heart.
“Don’t move! Otherwise, I’ll kill him!”
Qiu Tong shouted hoarsely. Bo Lang twitched in pain, indicating for everyone to calm down and listen to her request.
Bo Lang had claimed that he would die with Qiu Tong, but in reality, he had prepared a way out for himself.
When Qiu Tong came to this enclosed space, she spotted a pit behind Ye Luan and confirmed that it could be a path of escape.
Bo Lang’s arm had been broken, and it dangled at the side of his body. He looked at her suspiciously. “You used the modification drug!”
He instantly thought of the drug. Qiu Tong kept silent in tacit agreement while holding him hostage. She slowly walked to Ye Luan’s side.
Before she left the villa, she went to the laboratory on the top floor without telling anyone and stole the half-finished drug.
Qiu Tong knew that this was the only way, so she was willing to use her body as a test subject…
“Remove the bomb on him!”
Qiu Tong motioned for the members of the organization to take action. Bo Lang could only frown and nod.
Jin Yang broke free from the restraints and protected Ye Luan. Qiu Tong motioned for them to hide near the pit.
Ye Luan shouted anxiously, “Auntie Qiu, what are you going to do?”
Qiu Tong could feel her heart beating rapidly. She could hear thumping sounds in her mind, and her blood and muscles felt like they were burning. “You guys leave first. I’ll catch up to you guys soon.”
As Qiu Tong spoke, Bo Lang slammed his entire body into her, causing the two of them to fall to the ground. Qiu Tong quickly kicked the gun away as the Vulture members charged at her with daggers in their hands.
