Yun Shu took the girls out to shop at the mall. After buying a few things for the girls, she finally sent Bai Xi Xi back home.

When Bai Xi Xi arrived, Bai Xiang and Zhang Qi Lin were reading their books while Bai Jing Jing planned to escape her playpen once again.

Bai Xi Xi entered the living room and met Bai Jing Jing’s gaze.

The little girl was already halfway through her climb when she saw that she was caught trying to get out of her playpen. She paused for a brief second before flashing her aunt a bright smile. “Aunt! Hug!”

A helpless smile curled on her lips. Bai Xi Xi walked over to the little girl and carried the little girl in her arms. “Jing Jing, what are you trying to do? Didn’t I tell you not to climb the fence again?”

Bai Jing Jing blinked, pretending as if she did not understand her aunt’s words.

Just then, Zhang Li Xue came out from the kitchen with Bai Jing Jing’s bottle. She saw that Bai Xi Xi was carrying the little girl and smiled. “Jing Jing, were you trying to climb out of the playpen again?”

The little girl stared at her mother with an innocent look on her face. Then, she leaned into Bai Xi XI’s embrace and spoke, “Aunt! Hug!”

With the way this girl was acting, it was really difficult to get angry with her.

Zhang Li Xue walked over and handed the little girl her bottle. “Come on. Didn’t you say that you wanted some milk?”

Bai Jing Jing’s eyes lit up upon seeing the bottle. She stretched her arms to her mother, wanting to ask her mother to carry her.

Zhang Li Xue put the baby into the playpen again and let her drink her milk. Then, she turned to Bai Xi Xi and smiled, “Xi Xi, you’re late today. Did you go out with Aunt Yun?”

It was then that Bai Xi Xi recalled what Aunt Yun had told her when she came to pick her up at school. Bai Xi Xi looked at her sister-in-law again and spoke, “Sister-in-law, thank you.”

“What are you thanking me for?”

“Aunt Yun said, it was you who asked her to take me out and play.”

Zhang Li Xue laughed. “I saw that your mood was not that right after coming back yesterday and thought that you need some time to have fun.”

Bai Xi Xi leaned over and hugged Zhang Li Xue tightly. When she was a little girl, she would not shy away to tell her sister-in-law that she loved her. But now that she was grown up, Bai Xi Xi was a little shy. Moreover, her nephews and niece were also in the living room.

Seeing the name on the screen, Bai Xi Xi quickly excused herself to pick up the phone call. She pressed the phone to her ear and spoke, “Xiao Tong?”

“Xi Xi, it’s good that you are picking up your phone.”

Bai Xi Xi frowned, noticing that Lin Xiao Tong’s voice sounded a little urgent. “Xiao Tong? What is it?”

“Xi Xi, have you looked at the school’s forum?” Lin Xiao Tong spoke. “There were a few photos of you and Fu Chen.”

Her brow furrowed. After listening to Lin Xiao Tong, Bai Xi Xi went into the school’s forum to look at the photos that her friend had mentioned.

Seeing the photos of her and Fu Chen walking together in the park made her frown.
