Lee Jaewon was appalled. The sight unfolding in front of his eyes was a scene of torture. It was something he couldn’t see with his eyes open.

Sparks of anger flew in Lee Gun’s eyes. The issue wasn’t getting it reissued. The ID that had been stolen was unique.

It had photo stickers on it that the three of them had taken. One of them was a picture Lee Gun had taken with only Yeonwoo. The other one had all three of them. These were the only pictures Lee Gun had left of Yeonwoo and Junwoo.

Junwoo had told him to never lose the stickers. That was why Lee Gun had put the stickers on the back of his ID.

Lee Gun shook Lee Jaewon by the neck as he tried to kill(?) him. “Tell me right now where you sold it, you little shit!”

Lee Jaewon immediately smiled. “If you let me go, I can guide you to— Ahhk!”

Lee Gun grabbed the small face of the impertinent Lee Jaewon. “Did you think I didn’t know about your ghost-like ability to hide? I know you will run away if I do that."

“Uh! Is that true?” Hugo asked.

“Idiot. Why do you think this kid was able to steal from us?”

“!”

They weren’t normal people; they were superhumans who possessed senses far more developed than that of regular humans.

However, Lee Jaewon didn’t possess the scent of a human. It was as if he was dead.

Lee Gun didn’t know the reason for that, but he was having a hard time sensing Lee Jaewon’s presence.

Lee Jaewon’s expression darkened slightly. An odd sense of murderous intent flashed in his eyes.

However, Lee Gun didn’t care as he dragged him away. “Whatever. Just tell me where you sold it. After I get the wallet back, I’ll hand you over to the police.”

Suddenly…

Something flew down in an arc and descended on the ground.

Hugo was surprised to see the item. “Ah! It’s my wallet!!! My money is still in there!”

“!”

Both Lee Jaewon and Lee Gun were surprised.

Lee Gun’s eyes turned round when he looked at where the wallet had come from. The one to throw the wallet was Hailey. It seemed she had recovered the wallet for them.

However, Hailey had pressed a hat over her face, and she pretended as if she wasn’t the one who had thrown the wallet. She pretended to look at a statue.

Of course, she had disguised herself so that she wouldn’t be found out by Lee Gun. She did her best to pretend to be doing something else, but she couldn’t dodge Lee Gun’s gaze.

This puzzled Lee Gun.

‘Why does she keep following me around?’

He couldn’t feel any hostility from her, so he had been letting it slide.

When Hailey met eyes with Lee Gun, she jumped in surprise. Then she started wiping the sculpture of a fat man.

Dumbfounded, Lee Gun shook his head from side to side.

‘I guess it doesn’t matter.’

“Anyway, it’s fine since we found the wallet. Since your money is still there, my ID should be in there too…”

“It isn’t! The only thing missing is your ID, Teacher!”

“What the hell did you just say?!”

He then turned to look at Hugo. “Anyway, you should—”

Lee Gun’s eyes turned round. “Where the hell did he go??”

“Ahhhhh! Look out!!”

Lee Gun was shocked to hear the sound coming from the base of the cliff. He had no idea what Hugo was banking on, but the Archer Saint had jumped off the cliff to catch Lee Jaewon.

Therefore, a shocked Lee Gun also jumped off the cliff. When he kicked the surface, he moved at a speed greater than that of a missile.

He overtook Hugo in a flash. His enormous power destroyed the surface and created wind pressure.

It truly was a speed that couldn’t be achieved by a human.

Jean-Louis’s eyes turned round as he watched this. Lee Gun grabbed Hugo and threw him toward a tree.

Lee Gun landed next to him and hit him on the head. “You’ve lost your mind!”

“Why the hell would you jump off the cliff?”

“Then why would you try to kill an innocent kid?”

“Idiot! I didn’t kill him!” Lee Gun pointed downward.

Hugo was shocked when he looked below. The slime had turned into an enormous ball, and he was bouncing Lee Jaewon up and down on its body.

It seemed Lee Gun had done this to find out what kind of person Jean-Louis was. However…

“Why the hell would you jump off? If you die, you won’t be able to receive a spot in the government!”
