The next stage being the planetary stage, here a core is built in the body like a miniature planet irrespective whether the practitioner is taking the martial art or spiritual path, the planet built apart from serving as a power storage also works as a catalyst for the evolution of the practitioners genes ensuring they awaken a genetic talent belonging majorly to the 8 major laws of the plane namely metal, wood, fire, water, earth, wind, lightning and light, those with rare genetic combinations and luck could awaken talents belonging to other laws but for most inhabitants of the plane their talents belonged to the 8 major laws, it was through the awakening of the talent and the presence of the magnetic field created by the planetary core that the practitioners were able to use and manipulate the extraordinary power hidden in the plane, it was also via these talents that individuals were able to start the arduous path of trying to understand the law and possesses artistic conceptions and rudimentary fields.

The subsequent stage after planetary is the cosmic stage, here more planets have been built and have huddled together to form a sort of rudimentary galaxy, in this stage its easier and almost instinctive for practitioners to harness and use various extraordinary energy not belonging to their awakened talents, all members of this stage possesses their own rudimentary field, unlike the planetary stage where only geniuses were privy to such a feat. At this level of cultivation, creatures can survive and travel in the cold space that makes up the universe without external help. In comparison with the realm division of the 3 big civilization situated in the void outside the plane, a practitioner in the cosmic stage were individuals with half of their bodies in the realm of legend.

The next stage is the domain master, this was the stage Layton was currently in, zero and Lilith could be said to be in the cosmic stage. The domain master like its name was centred around the domain, the normal breakthrough to this stage involved making the miniature galaxy formed in the galaxy stage to collapse on itself, the subsequent collapse would send the practitioner into the special space that the domain was inscribed in, once in this space, the domain belonging to the practitioner would naturally be generated.

Just like legendary powerhouses outside the plane, the world master possessed basically the same characteristics, the only difference being that they basically fight with projections of their domain but this doesn’t affect their strength as the act of imprinting the domain in the plane gives them almost boundless energy, access to a special environment that increased the ease with which one comprehended laws and granting of some planar authority and loosening of some innate restrictions imposed on all creatures in the plane.

Above this was the rumoured immortal stage, which Layton guessed corresponded to the deity stage but Layton wasn’t able to get much information only that in this plane practitioners of this stage possessed no lifespan limit.

Apart from these the information Layton grasped and shared with his companions contained some of the situations of the human realm they were situated in such as the 3 main forces of the human race which were the battlefield, the treasury and the virtual universe. The battlefield was the home for basically all mercenaries, the treasury comprised of various treasures and possessed control of the monetary situation of the human race while simultaneously serving as an auction house and bank, not much was found about the virtual universe except the fact that it took the elite route and controlled the virtual reality that all human race members were able to gain access to.

One thing to note was that the 3 forces were rumoured to be controlled by practitioners who were higher than immortals, although Layton was not able to verify the authenticity of such rumours, he guessed it was most likely true, in the information shared there were other bits of knowledge that Layton thought would interest the two. In no time Zero and Lilith completely digested the huge flow of information that had been sent to them, their shut eyes opened and seemed to glow with enthusiasm, although both for different reasons, zero who was aware of the peculiarity of the planes cultivation path and Layton’s situation was sure as long as subsequent preparations were made she would be able to soon possess the rudimentary laws of her unique mystery energy, while Lilith was excited because of the immense population of the plane and the opportunity to easily experiment with most of her ideas a feat which could only be achieved by becoming a world master and possessing some planar authority that was granted to practitioners of the stage.
